To maintain the exclusivity, quality, and security of EGC, we’ve designed a structured registration process. This guide will help you understand how your invited guests and industry peers can apply, gain approval and officially register to attend EGC.
1. Application Process
By Invitation Only: EGC is an invite-only event. To ensure a high-calibre audience, all prospective attendees must apply through our online application form.
2. Vetting for Security & Relevance
Comprehensive Vetting: For security and quality assurance, each application undergoes a comprehensive vetting process. Each application is thoroughly reviewed by our team to verify attendee relevance and eligibility, ensuring a senior audience of decision-makers, senior leaders, and stakeholders with purchasing authority.
Protecting Stakeholder Safety: We prioritise the safety of all our stakeholders by verifying each applicant's credentials, ensuring that only qualified professionals attend EGC.
3. Approval and Confirmation
Approval Notification: Approved applicants will be enrolled into a personalised confirmation contract strategy. Communications include concierge calls and emails to support them with booking their ticket, and accommodation along with other items.
Booking Calendar Integration: Once the delegate has paid for their ticket, they'll receive a confirmation email where they will have the option to download event details to add to their calendar, allowing them to plan their schedule around EGC.
4. Event Information for Approved Attendees
Date and Location Security: To maintain privacy and security, we do not disclose the exact date and venue details in public communications. Only approved attendees will receive specific event information, allowing them to make travel arrangements and access the venue without delay.
Marketing Guidelines: Sponsors and approved attendees are asked to refer to the event timing and location as “January 2025” and “Europe” in public or promotional materials to uphold our security protocol.
