Dr. Guest has had an impressive career of over 30 years in the international oil and gas sector. He took up his position at Valeura Energy in 2017 and has led the company’s successful transformation into a major energy producer since then. He stresses the need for a strong growth plan at Valeura Energy that includes developing natural assets internally, seeking M&A opportunities and adding gas to their portfolio. It was also revealed during the APAC 2024 Award of Excellence ceremony that Valeura Energy scooped the title of ‘Upstream Company of the Year’.
