Expert in counseling and advisory to startup companies in energy and infrastructure activities; experienced in structuring and funding energy and transportation services projects with local and international banks and investors. Manages excellent relationships with government agencies, private companies and investment bankers in Latin America. Has been in the board of directors of twelve public and private companies in Colombia, manly power distribution and power generation companies. Has represented the Colombian government in numerous national and international energy related entities such as OLADE, OAS, APEC and others.
