Chester Lopez is the Head of Operational Preparedness and Planning and currently the Acting Country Manager for Statoil Mexico. He graduated as a Petroleum Engineer in Bolivia and holds a Master in Business Administration from Mays Business School. Chester has broad experience from management and technical positions in several countries, including positions with Statoil, BP and Schlumberger.
