Christina is the founder of firm, serves on its board and as its Managing Partner. She is a seasoned finance executive with a demonstrated history of building firms and de novo specialty finance units, recruiting and leading high performing teams, investment bank leadership and heading corporate strategic initiatives. Headed energy finance, healthcare finance and built ESG and other risk and bank services focused product offerings.

She assists in board leadership of several professional and non-profit boards along with being a connector of resources and capital for growing organizations. Works with corporate boards where can be impactful to governance, turnaround, scaling, strategic M&A, and in expanding ESG integration.
