David serves as Managing Director and General Counsel, leading Overland’s strategic development, legal, operations and investor relations. David has extensive legal experience in private equity investments, energy, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and fundraising. Prior to joining Overland, David was a mergers and acquisitions attorney, with a focus on the energy industry. Specifically, David represented the sponsor of Freeport LNG Development, L.P.’s four-train LNG liquefaction project on the Gulf Coast of Texas. During law school, David served as Senior Articles Editor of The Northwestern University Law Review.
