Born in 1975, Mr. Goroshkov graduated in International Economic Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He gained an MBA from Cranfield University, England in 2005.

In April 2001, Dmitry was appointed Sales Director of Severstal. In April 2011, he became Marketing and Sales Director of Severstal Russian Steel. From  December 2015 to May 2019, Dmitry served as Marketing Director at Severstal. In May 2019, Mr. Goroshkov was appointed Director for Sales and Business Development in the Energy Sector of Severstal.

Mr. Goroshkov numerous times came top of a ranking of commercial and marketing directors in the steelmaking industry organized by Kommersant, the Russian newspaper, with the Russia Management Association.
