Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Ernesto Diaz is Wood Mackenzie's Country Manager for LA Southern Cone. In this position, Mr. Diaz oversees the overall development of the business in Argentina, Chile, Perú and Uruguay and also responds for the commercial objectives and relationship with customers in the region.

Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie in 2014, Mr. Diaz had more than 14 years of experience in Consulting and Information Systems for the Oil & Gas industry in Latin America, having worked with Accenture early in his career and with Deloitte and SAP from 2004 to 2014. Over his career, Mr. Diaz occupied managerial positions in the energy sector, leading different projects related to strategy, corporate restructuring, supply chain process design, operational efficiency and information systems for oil production control, contractor management and business intelligence.

Mr. Diaz holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Public Accountant from University of Buenos Aires and completed several training courses in US and Argentina.
