Guillaume Cambois joined PGS in 2007, initially spearheading GeoStreamer technology deployment before heading the marine division in Asia-Pacific. He is currently Executive Vice President Imaging and Engineering. Prior to joining PGS, he spent 20 years with CGG where he held various management positions including Executive Vice President Data Processing and Chief Technology Officer. Guillaume graduated from Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and received a Ph.D. in Geophysics from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds several patents and has authored and presented numerous papers throughout his career, receiving awards from both SEG (Society of Exploration Geophysicists) and EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers). He is currently serving on the SEG board of directors.
