Horacio Turri is the E&P Executive Director of Pampa Energia S.A. since July 2016, when Petrolera Pampa acquired Petrobras Argentina. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer of Petrolera Pampa S.A. for 2 years. He also was Business Development Director at Pampa Energia from June 2008 to January 2011. From March 2000 to June 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of Central Puerto S.A. Since August 1997 to March 2000, he was Chief Executive Officer of Hidroeléctrica Piedra del Aguila. From 1994 to 1997 he was Chief Executive Officer of Gener Argentina S.A. Prior to 1994; he was Development Assistant Manager at Central Puerto S.A. He worked as investment projects analyst in the oil, gas and electricity business at SACEIF Luis Dreyfus from 1990 to 1992. As well he worked in Schlumberger Wireline in 1987-1990 holding positions in Scotland, Brasil, Bolivia and Argentina.

Mr. Turri is an industrial engineer and received his degree at Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires. He also has a master degree in Economics and Finance from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He was part-time professor at Instituto Tecnológico Buenos Aires.
