Expert in energy policy and regulation with 17 years in the Mexican energy industry including roles as the Advisor for the Assistant Secretary for Energy Operations at the Ministry of Energy, Senior Advisor for the CAO of the Federal Electricity Commission (national power utility) leading the regulation, policy and strategic planning teams, CEO at Mexenergy and currently Senior Partner at Galo Energy consulting. Founding member of Sustentabilidad para Mexico AC (representing the World Green Building Council in Mexico) and executive advisor of its Board.
