Sherri Brillon

Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer, Encana

Sherri’s career at Encana has been marked by numerous achievements, including senior
roles in corporate and operations planning, supply management, land management and
investor relations. Sherri directs the financial operations of the company and ensures
Encana has the financial resources in place to enable the execution of its strategy.

Since joining one of Encana’s predecessor companies in 1985, Sherri’s achievements
include key leadership roles in the company’s most significant milestones, including the
structuring of the $22.5 billion merger that created Encana in 2002, and restructuring
Encana into a pure play natural gas company in 2009. Her expertise on investment
opportunities and resource allocation has been pivotal as the company transitioned
its portfolio in 2014 to increase margin on its assets through focused capital allocation
and multiple divestitures and acquisitions.

Sherri’s professional accomplishments include recognition as one of Canada’s Most
Powerful Women: Top 100 Hall of Fame. She was CFO of the Year in 2013 as selected
by Alberta Oil Magazine’s C-Suite Awards. She currently is a member of the Haskayne
Management Advisory Council at the University of Calgary, a member of the NYSE
Listed Company Advisory Board, and member of the International Women’s Forum.
Sherri graduated from the University of Calgary in 1981 and is a past director of the
Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Tim Hortons Inc. and PrairieSky Royalty Ltd.
She and her family reside in Calgary.
