Shiva Kant is a Managing Director and Partner in the London Office of the Boston Consulting Group.
She has 18 years international experience in Upstream O&G companies across continents, and across NOCs and IOCs. Her focus are company transformations (new business models, decarbonization, reorganization, cost, digital and new ways of working), and expertise in production operations optimization.
Prior to joining BCG, Shiva worked in Corporate Strategic planning at Shell, and spent 7 years at Schlumberger in Singapore and London.
