Joined Shell in Argentina in 1996 and after an initial period of 2 years in Finance and another 2 years as Regional Business Adviser in the United Kingdom, Teo’s career was focused on Retail covering different roles such as: Retail Strategy in Argentina, Sales & Ops Manager in Dominican Republic, Network Planning Manager for Latin America (Brazil) and Sales & Ops GM in Brazil.

Latterly, in June 2008, Teo joined the Supply & Distribution organization to assume initially the Supply GM role and then in June 2010 the Supply & Distribution GM role in Brazil. In May 2011, with the start of Raízen in Brazil (Joint Venture Shell & Cosan), Teo was appointed Supply & Trading Executive Director for Raízen and in November 2012 VP Sales (Retail/B2B/Aviation), Network & Engineering. In April 1st 2014, Teo was appointed as Executive VP Commercial, responsible for Sales & Operations, Network, Engineering & Marketing for the three downstream businesses (Retail/B2B/Aviation).

Since July 1st 2015, Teo was appointed Country Chairman and VP New Business Developments Upstream of Shell Compañía Argentina de Petróleo S.A. based in Buenos Aires.

Teófilo Lacroze es Presidente de Shell Argentina desde el 1° de julio de 2015. Ingresó a Shell en 1996 y desarrolló su carrera en la Compañía ocupando diversos cargos en las áreas de Finanzas, Ventas y Operaciones, Planeamiento de la Red, Suministros, Distribución y Trading, tanto en Argentina como en el exterior. Desde 2011 hasta mediados de 2015 fue Vicepresidente Ejecutivo del área Comercial de Raízen, Joint Venture entre Shell y el Grupo Cosan de Brasil.
