About
CGC is a growing Argentine oil company that has vast activity in the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons, in national territory and in other Latin American countries, and in trunk gas transportation both within the country and to Chile and Brazil.
Founded in 1920 as a shipping company dedicated to the import and commercialization of fuels, CGC had a strong impulse from the 80s and fixed its growth in the '90s. In 2013, Corporación América acquired 70% of CGC, consolidating it as one of the main oil companies in Argentina.
