Founded in 1960 in Tunis, Jeune Afrique is the reference weekly on the continent. It offers weekly political, economic, social and cultural information that allows its readers to better understand the African news. It is the first pan-African francophone magazine by its diffusion and its audience. In 2014, its total paid circulation averaged 53,475 copies (OJD figures). The editorial team, based in France, has several permanent correspondents throughout the continent or elsewhere in the world, as well as many collaborators.
