Pegasus Resources is focused on acquiring mineral and royalty interests in proven oil and gas resource plays, specifically the Permian Basin. The management team at Pegasus consists of proven leaders in the energy business with multidisciplinary backgrounds.

Our mission is to build a sizable mineral and royalty position and partner with great operators in the most active play in the Lower 48. Our experience and knowledge, coupled with our strong financial resources, allows us to make prompt evaluations, offer competitive prices, and expedite closings.

At the core of it all, we are a homegrown, Texas company. We have deep roots in our hometown of Fort Worth, as well as in West Texas where we often work.
