Rio Oil and Gas II is a Houston and Fort Worth based portfolio company of Quantum Energy Partners. Rio is focused on the acquisition and exploitation of growth-oriented E&P opportunities in the Permian, Mid-Continent and Ark-La-Tex regions.  Rio’s experienced team and substantial equity commitment have positioned the company to quickly and aggressively pursue accretive transactions in our focus area.

Rio Oil and Gas II is poised to build upon the relationships and experience earned to date.
