Launched in 2014, WEC is the leading global network committed to advancing inclusivity and diversity in the energy sector. With over 2,300 senior female executives and diversity champions across six continents, we create platforms that empower women across oil & gas, renewables, and energy finance to connect, collaborate, and lead.
In 2025, WEC will host four independent networking events across key global regions (USA, APAC, and EMEA) focusing on:
