World Energy Capital Assembly is part of Clarion Energy which is part of the Clarion Events Group of companies (Clarion).

We take your privacy seriously. By registering for this event we wish to use your information on the basis of our legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about future editions of this and other relevant events, products and services which may be of interest to you.

We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you prefer us not to contact you about relevant events, products and services that we believe you will be interested in, you can manage your preferences via a link we will send you, unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by emailing [email protected].

As part of your registration to fully Virtual (online) Events or to Live Events that offer online networking and content as an additional service, some of your registration data will be passed to our Networking Application Provider to create an account within the platform.

Once you have completed registration you will have to access to the platform and the attendees' list within the event to network before, during and after the event. Your profile data (name, job title and company) will be visible to other attendees.

When entering an online event or content and networking platform you may engage in activities such as: visiting zones or rooms such as an online event space, exhibitor or sponsor booth; downloading content; attend/view live seminars.

As a result of such activities the platform or the event organiser may collect, collate and share your personal information and data about your movements and interactions whilst in the virtual event space with the relevant sponsor or exhibitor to allow them to engage with you, subject to applicable data protection laws.

In order to provide this service to you, your data will be given to the platform provider. Your data will be protected by the platform provider and not commercialized by them. You have the right to access your data, as well as editing or deleting it through the tools provided within the mobile application or web platform.

Terms and Conditions of Event Delegate or Event Delegation

PAYMENT

Payment of the full delegate/delegation fee is due 14 days after the invoice date, or immediately, if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice. ·

Entrance to the event is subject to full payment being received.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Event places are for the named delegate/delegation only and are for representatives of the registering company only unless otherwise agreed with the Oil & Gas Council.

Substitutes can be made at any time leading up to the event, until five days before the event. Places are not transferable on the day of the event, or, on the four days before the event. Substitutes made four days (or less) prior to the event can be refused if security and vetting checks have not been successfully carried out.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 75% administrative charge.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the event will receive no refund.

If the cancellation is made and the full payment has not yet been received, the delegate will still be held liable for the full payment of the registration fees.

In the case of early bird bookings (those delegates registered well in advance of the event) if a cancellation is made on a booking after 90 days of the invoice being issued no refund will be given but a credit note will be issued.

Any refunds will be made after the event and within 90 days.

FORCE MAJEURE

Please note that in case of force majeure Clarion Energy Ltd T/A Oil & Gas Council is relieved of all obligations. Force majeure includes any circumstances beyond the will of Clarion Energy Ltd that impedes permanent or temporary compliance with their obligations, such as ‘acts of god’, war, danger of war, government regulations, revolts, strikes, transportation difficulties, fire or severe disturbances affecting the event organisation or its suppliers.

By speaking at this event/by accepting our invitation to attend this event we will use the personal information that you provide us with to add your details to our database so that we can manage your participation, and we will use your information on the basis of legitimate interests to keep in contact with you about future editions of this and other similar events, products and services which may be of interest to you.  We will only ever use the information we collect or receive about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
