Johann has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been with the firm for over 10 years and is a global leader in McKinsey's Oil & Gas Practice

Before joining McKinsey & Company he was working in different management positions in SIEMENS AG, and most recently as a Division CEO where he successfully led the Oil & Gas and Energy Service activities in Eastern Europe.
