After more than 35 years working for a major IOC as a Petroleum Engineer in most of the major oil producing regions in the world, culminating in his role as Head of technical training and leadership development.

Adam has transitioned easily into his new role as a non executive director and consultant for NOC’s. he was responsible for setting up and running the Leadership development programs for the Qatar Financial Business academy.

Adam has worked with the senior executives and leadership teams of several NOC’s and is currently resident in Cyprus where he divides his time between promoting the benefits of the emerging Eastern Mediterranean oil province and consulting with Leadership teams in the Middle East.

Adam has served on the Board of Cyprus Gas and is currently assisting the Ministry of Energy in developing opportunities for recent discoveries in the Mediterranean.
