To lead and manage the HR Department, providing the necessary strategic, specialist and operational support on a sub-Saharan Basis, for VINCI Energies SENEGAL.
This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering in the following key business areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management Framework, Organization Design and Employee Engagement. I operate as a senior advisor on all talent management aspects and organizational design.

Implementation of learning processes and tools.
Manage relationship with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies, universities, business schools, training centers, etc.
