Ana is a seasoned energy professional with broad experience from both industry and public accounting across multiple sectors spanning 27 years of management experience, transaction activity and special projects. Ana is a high energy, results-oriented audit partner focused on crafting practical approaches to business problems and co-creating business solutions with her clients. Ana has served a wide variety of domestic and multinational private and public companies in energy, construction, manufacturing, distribution and real estate industries with a primary focus on the energy sector. Ana has deep energy expertise in all facets of the sector ranging from the well head to the burner tip (upstream, pipeline, storage, field service, marketing and trading, refining, oil field service, power generation, utilities and retail energy). From an upstream perspective, she has focused on both full cost and successful efforts independent organizations. Over her career, Ana has worked with private companies just starting their life cycle journey, growing private organizations, those transitioning to public enterprises and established public organizations. Her expertise covers a range of areas including financial statement audits, internal controls over financial reporting, transaction carve-out audits, due diligence, merger, acquisition and divestiture activities as well as other accounting advisory and consulting projects. Ana has served both domestic and international publicly held companies with reporting requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and aboard under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements. In addition she has lead numerous initial public offerings, merger and acquisition activities coupled with many secondary equity and debt offering filings. She is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of audit and non-audit assurance services to domestic and international private and public enterprises.
