Andree Griffin
Unconventional Development Manager, Exxon
Prior to joining XTO, Andrée spent 16 years as an exploration geologist and in leadership positions with large and small independent oil companies. She joined XTO in 2004 as a division geologist and was promoted to geology manager overseeing Barnett Shale operations in 2005. In 2010, Andrée became geology manager for XTO’s operations in the Appalachia region, and in 2013, became vice president of geology and geophysics.
Following the Upstream reorganization in April 2019, Andrée assumed her current role as Unconventional development manager. She oversees acquisitions and divestitures, reserves and data analytics, geology, Business Technology Centre, land and reservoir engineering management with respect to the corporation’s unconventional portfolio across the United States, Canada and Argentina.
