As Tempelman has led Shell’s Integrated Gas Ventures business in the East since 1st January 2016, he is based in Singapore.
His portfolio includes upstream gas, LNG, GTL and distribution assets.

As is a member of the Shell Integrated Gas Ventures Leadership Team. He is also a director of Shell Middle Distillate Synthesis (Malaysia), Brunei LNG and Oman LNG.

As joined Shell in 1995 and has worked in a variety of roles in Shell Integrated Gas, Shell Downstream and Shell Capital, and has been based in The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

As holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
