Austen Fresson is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Reach Advisory, a leading upstream advisor across the Asia Pacific region and a track record for closing deals.

With a background in Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets, he has spent the last 20 years focused on upstream oil and gas. Austen has worked on upstream mergers, acquisitions, divestments and farm outs globally, across Africa, Europe and South East Asia.

More recently he established Ocean Reach Advisory, a growing specialist upstream transaction advisory firm. The team at Ocean Reach Advisory combine global upstream networks; an understanding of upstream technical, financial, operational and capital drivers; and an appreciation of strategically driven portfolio objectives to provide a transaction advisory experience focused on client outcomes.
