Billy McCartney leads the firm’s commercial origination effort. Billy was CEO of Flat Rock Development, a private equity backed upstream energy company in the heart of the Utica Shale. Previously, he led multiple natural gas, oil and fuel oil trading business lines within Vitol. Billy began his career as systems planning engineer at Dominion Gas Transmission. Billy received his BS in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
