Robert Ravnaas is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder.  Previously, Mr. Ravnaas served as President of Cawley, Gillespie & Associates, Inc., a petroleum engineering firm, since 2011.  Prior to joining Cawley, Gillespie in 1983, he worked as a Production Engineer for Amoco Production Company from 1981 to 1983.  Mr. Ravnaas received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a MS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
