Brian Lidsky is Managing Director, PLS Inc. in Houston.  Brian has over 25 years of oil and gas experience with expertise in upstream investments, transactions, valuations, operations and management.  Prior roles include Executive Vice President and Director of John S. Herold, Inc., (sold to IHS Markit), co-founder of Calgary-based private E&P Vigilant Exploration (sold to TSE-listed Tourmaline Oil Corp.) and Managing Director of M1 Energy Capital.  He holds a BS in Geology from Emory University and an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones School of Administration at Rice University.  He is a Contributing Editor to the Oil and Gas Financial Journal and is a Board Committee member of the SPE Gulf Coast Section Business Development Study Group. He is a member of AAPG, SPE and SEG.
