Christopher is a Managing Director at Riverstone and Co-head of Riverstone Credit Partners, focused on credit and capital markets activities. Since joining Riverstone, Christopher has overseen over $3bn in debt investments in the energy sector made by both Riverstone’s dedicated credit fund and its traditional private equity funds. Prior to joining Riverstone in 2014, Christopher was a managing director and head of energy leveraged finance at Citigroup and prior to that, head of US Leveraged Finance Origination at UBS Investment Bank. Over his time at Citi and UBS, Christopher worked on over 250 leveraged finance transactions as a bookrunner or lead arranger, including over 100 transactions as the lead bookrunner. In addition, Christopher is actively involved in an advisory capacity with all of Riverstone’s portfolio companies with respect to capital structure and access to the capital markets.
