Mr. Craig M. Jarchow, Ph.D. is the President of CCI Upstream at Castleton Commodities International LLC since January 2015. Mr. Jarchow is a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Mr. Jarchow sourced and structured energy transactions for First Reserve Corporation’s oil and gas practice and, before that, spent seven years at Apache Corporation, ultimately managing the company's exploration and development drilling in the Gulf of Mexico region. Mr. Jarchow began his career as a senior geophysicist at Amoco Corporation He was a Managing Director of Energy Investment Team at Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC and Pine Brook Capital Partners, L.P. Mr. Jarchow joined Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC in September 2007. He was responsible for managing the energy investing activities. He served as an Advisor to the President of BP Corporation North America, Inc. Prior to that, he was an Executive at Apache Corporation, where Mr. Jarchow served as an Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Exploration Manager for the Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico, and the Director of International Exploration and Business Development. Prior to that, he worked at Amoco Corporation in research, exploration, exploitation, and business development. He serves as the Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Jarchow serves as a Director of Source Energy Partners, L.P., Nemaha Oil & Gas, LLC, Elevation Resources Holdings, LLC, and Geomechanics International, Inc. He serves as Member of Board of Managers at Comet Ridge Resources, LLC. He serves as a Director of Comet Ridge Resources, LLC, Phoenix Exploration Company, LP, Stonegate Production Company LLC, Dorado Deep GP, LLC where he also headed the information technology department. Mr. Jarchow served as a Director of 4th Wave Imaging Corp. and Turkana Energy Inc. Mr. Jarchow served as a Director at First Reserve Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Geological Society of America and an MIT Sloan Fellow. Mr. Jarchow holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Geophysics from Stanford University, an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.A. in Geological Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
