Elgonda la Grange is Director for Digital Solutions at Dresser Rand, a Siemens Business. In this role she is responsible for Siemens life cycle digitalization solutions for offshore oil and gas production, drawing on the capabilities of Dresser Rand and the broader Siemens business.

Elgonda joined Dresser Rand in January 2017. Prior to that she was Director of Marketing and Strategy for the Advanced Solutions business in Honeywell Process Solutions, where she managed Honeywell’s industrial software portfolio for process design, process optimization, production management and predictive maintenance. She has experience in engineering, business development, marketing and general management, all related to automation and value added software solutions for the Oil and Gas industry.

Elgonda is based in the UK and holds a B.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
