She held various professional and leadership positions in Equinor (former Statoil) within Technology, Projects and Operations, with positions including drilling and well engineer, platform manager at FPSO, project manager, vice president for drilling facilities, senior vice president for Technology Excellence and President Equinor Russia.
By background, she holds a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from, the University of Stavanger.
