Emily Rodgers
Managing Director & Director of ESG, EIG Global Energy Partners
Ms. Rodgers is a Managing Director and Director of ESG. She is based in the firm’s Houston office and serves as a member of the Executive Committee and Chairwoman of the ESG Committee. Her role encompasses integration of ESG factors into EIG’s investment process, engagement with investors and portfolio companies on ESG topics, and developing ESG strategies for the Firm.
Prior to joining EIG in 2020, she was Director of Environment and Sustainability at Apache Corporation, where she managed a global team focused on environmental compliance, data management and reporting, and ESG engagement and disclosure. Previously, Ms. Rodgers was with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation serving in a variety of roles, including ESG Advisor, Corporate Responsibility Manager, and Climate Change & GHG Lead, during which she developed sustainability reporting strategies and managed global climate change management and reporting programs. Prior to working directly in upstream oil and gas, Ms. Rodgers was a Project Manager and Consultant at ERM where she supported a variety of sectors. Ms. Rodgers received a B.A. from Colgate University and a M.E.M. from Duke University.
