Fatemeh is a highly effective global commercial executive with 20 years of experience in Energy Industry with successful track record in leading P&L, sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning and commercialization in international organizations.

Fatemeh is the Vice President of H2 at Varo Energy based in Zug, Switzerland, with primary focus to build and expand the Varo Energy hydrogen business across Europe and beyond. Moreover, she is keen to leverage Varo’s unique capabilities and market reach in the energy industry to build robust and win-win cooperation business models and become a partner of choice for customers in energy transition.

Fatemeh is an active member of the global CCS community in both academic and industrial landscapes, she has done her doctoral studies at the University of Leeds (UK) in collaboration with the University of Texas at Austin (USA) with focus on optimal applications of CCS in energy industry. Fatemeh has several peer-reviewed publications in highly prestigious international scientific journals on optimized carbon capture technologies.
