Based in Lagos, Gbolahan is the Head of Corporate Finance in Nigeria and has extensive experience in debt and equity raisings, securitisations, disposals and acquisitions, due diligence and other financial advisory services.
Prior to joining Citi in Nigeria, Gbolahan worked in the UK for 6 years with Ernst and Young within the Corporate Finance Mergers and Acquisitions team.
Gbolahan has an MSc in International Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading and a BA in Economics from University of Sussex. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland
