Gianfranco engages with the C-Suite, Executives and Senior Leaders of large to very large organizations leading programs and initiatives on a variety of topics such as vision-building, enterprise-wide collaboration, strategy alignment, innovation and customer centricity – always with a focus on driving measurable business impact.

At BTS, Gianfranco has served as the Managing Director of BTS in Italy. With deep standing entrepreneurship background, he has founded and led 11 businesses, among which Cesim, Singularity, Design Innovation, Lebu, and Digital Sales. Prior to that, Gianfranco also held roles in fast-growing high-tech companies at Siebel Systems and PTC.

Gianfranco is fluent in Italian, English, Dutch and French. Gianfranco has extensive experience in Banking, Insurance and the broader Financial Sector, Energy and Utilities, FMCG, Manufacturing, ICT and Professional Services.
