A core deal member of global gas (LNG and NGL) investment opportunities, reporting directly to the Board and the Chairman.

Howard leads a team of 4 people in principal investment for global opportunities in LNG and NGL upstream, midstream and downstream, mainly in cross-boarder USD projects, such as gas blocks, liquefaction plants, pipelines, FLNG, LNG carriers, terminals, FSRU, power plants, etc.

Business developing in various places from multiple sources, originating and analyzing greenfield/brownfield projects by macro-economy/geographic/technique, developing and reviewing financial models, implementing due diligence and internal memos/report to the board and approach industrial partners, investment banks, PE, HF and commercial banks.

Howard engages in IPO process for the entire group in China A-share stock exchange, working closely with Board secretary and sponsors(bookrunner and advisor), drafting the whole chapter in ‘Use of Proceeds’ and coordinating with external institutional investors.
