Jason Kerr is a senior partner in the Firm's Project Development and Finance Group in London. Acclaimed by respected professional directories as a leading figure in his field, Jason has more than 25 years’ experience advising commercial banks, multilateral lending agencies, export credit agencies, sponsors and developers in project finance, reserve based lendings and other oil & gas financings.

Clients on the African continent benefit from his varied experience on a wide range of financings in upstream oil, gas, LNG, petrochemicals, power, renewables and infrastructure sectors. Jason has taken the lead on a number of landmark upstream oil & gas activities and developments across the world and regularly advises on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in Africa.

Jason is currently advising oil & gas companies on upstream financings in west Africa and is the lead partner on the Mozambique LNG Project. Additionally, he has most recently been the lead adviser on a range of oil & gas financings in Nigeria, Chad, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
