Mr. Jason Reimbold has worked in energy finance since 2005 and currently serves as Managing Director, Senior Vice President at BOK Financial. At BOK, Mr. Reimbold is responsible for leading the investment banking group while originating and executing client mandates including acquisitions, divestments, raising capital, facilitating joint ventures, & performing asset valuation assessments. Mr. Reimbold also served as Senior Vice President at E-Spectrum Advisors, prior to BOK's acquisition of the firm. Throughout his career, Mr. Reimbold has executed transactions in nearly every major U.S. basin. In 2007, Mr. Reimbold co-authored the book The Braking Point: America's Energy Dreams and Global Economic Realities, and he has written articles that have been published in various industry publications. Mr. Reimbold earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Tulsa where he also studied geopolitics & international energy markets under former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy R. Dobie Langenkamp. Prior to attending the University of Tulsa, Mr. Reimbold served in the United States Army and U.S. Army Cavalry from 1999 to 2003.
