Jason Rocha is a partner in White & Case's Americas Capital Markets Group, resident in the Firm's Houston office. Mr. Rocha's practice focuses on the representation of issuers and investment banking firms in initial public offerings, Rule 144A offerings, liability management transactions, tender offers, structured investments and private placements. He also represents public and private businesses and financial institutions in matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and other securities law issues.
