Júlia Dias Acácio, Legal Director at Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos, E.P. (ENH), Mozambican National Oil Company. During the last 05-year, Julia oversees all legal and compliance activities related to Exploration, Development and Production activities, for the areas where ENH participates as a Concessionaire. Currently she’s been involved in the discussions, definition and production of the Legal e Contractual framework for the implementation of the Rovuma Basin Project, for Area 1 and Area 4. From 2012 she’s been actively working, together with the team appointed by the Mozambican Government, for the  definition of the current Legal and Contractual Regime for the LNG Projects in Mozambique from the time that the huge gas discoveries where made; the first main task was the definition of the boundaries under which the Government of Mozambique was authorized to establish the LNG Decree-Law that would regulate the Rovuma Basin Project. In the last 01-year Júlia was leading the compliance process for the participation of the National Oil Company (ENH), in the Floating Coral South Project, Project Finance for the implementation of the first LNG project in the sub-Saharan Africa. The project finance was successfully closed and the Final Investment Decision made by all the sponsors.  Júlia Dias Acácio holds a  degree in Law from Eduardo Mondlane University. In her spare time she enjoys reading romantic books and sports activities and last but most important she’s loves spending time with her family.
