Julie Dalzell

Julie Dalzell is a Managing Director, Climate Risk with ConocoPhillips. She joined ConocoPhillips in 2014 working in the Canada business unit. She moved to Houston in 2019 to join the corporate Sustainable Development team. Julie is an environmental economist with 15 years of experience working on climate change issues.
Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, Julie worked for the Australian Federal Government developing energy and environmental policy, in particular, the design and implementation of Australia’s emissions trading scheme.
Julie holds a Master of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New England.
