Justin Love is the CEO for Blackbuck Resources LLC, a midstream water solutions firm, former CEO of Xedia Process Solutions, a water treatment technologies firm, and president and founder of Love Energy Advisors (LEA), a global advisory and origination energy and water group. Through his creative and innovative brand creations, this burgeoning serial entrepreneur, technologist, engineer and market developer has successfully built three existing companies in the last five years. Of these companies, he has had one full and one partial exit thus far.
Love is a seasoned executive with over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been honored with awards such as the Texas Oil and Gas Awards’ New Technology of the Year 2018 and ACG Houston’s Deal of the Year 2018. Justin's latest honor was being named as one of the honorees of the 2019, Hart Energy Oil & Gas Investors Magazine, Forty Under 40.
Love’s career began at Schlumberger, and later Pentair as market development manager where he evaluated nearly 100 M&A targets. This experience led him to become an expert in the energy-water sector. As president of LEA, Love provided consulting and marketing implementation services for dozens of technology companies in the energy-water space as well as assisting them with sales, fundraising, and market implementation.
Love is a widely recognized subject matter expert speaker and has extended his expertise to audiences in over six continents and nearly 30 countries. He looks forward to sharing his wealth of knowledge at future energy, water and entrepreneurship events.
Love graduated from Virginia Tech in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering. He does his best thinking playing racquet ball and tennis or while running long distances, and also enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking and being a father of two.
