Katya’s career spans over two decades of investment banking and corporate development across EMEA, Asia and the Americas. Katya has advised PE funds and corporate clients in energy, infrastructure and industrials on corporate finance, business strategy, direct investments, M&A roadmaps and post-merger integrations. Most recently, she spent three years at McKinsey & Company, London as Senior External Advisor on M&A and Private Equity.
