Kayla Ball is Validere’s Chief Product Officer. She collaborates with the product team to build and deliver platform solutions in partnership with customers that solve some of the most complex challenges faced within the industry.

She has spent the last decade leading the product development of oil & gas technology. Kayla’s work continues to optimize, democratize, and transform Validere’s most valuable commodities. In her most recent role as Managing Director of Commercial Strategy at Enverus, Kayla championed the customer voice to determine product gaps and determine the optimal product strategy.

Kayla has also served as IHS Markit’s Portfolio Strategic Director, responsible for leading the product management team with end-to-end product innovation processes throughout the product life cycle of the upstream energy portfolio.
