K.C. graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008. Prior to joining Desert in 2011, K.C. worked as a manager of commercial office buildings in Houston, Texas. At Desert, K.C. has managed the purchases of over 250 acquisitions totaling over $150 million dollars and has orchestrated many of Desert’s transformative transactions, partnerships and joint ventures. In his current role, he oversees the Acquisitions and Land departments as well as guiding high level vision and direction.
