Kelly’s career in Shell spans Downstream, Upstream and Integrated Gas businesses. She is currently responsible for origination, new business development and M&A activities for upstream/integrated gas in Europe, Russia and Caspian, based in London.

In her 23-year career in Shell she has worked in a number of geographies including Brazil, UAE, Netherlands and the US. In her previous roles she was Vice President Commercial/NBD in the Gulf of Mexico and held various other commercial and strategy roles across the company. In her career with Shell, Kelly has been a key player in driving growth, portfolio upgrading and establishing new oil and gas ventures with governments/resource holders.
