Kunal is a partner in Dentons Rodyk's Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance groups.

His expertise covers project development and finance (and related private M&A) in the energy sector, with a focus on LNG, renewables, and commodity trading. Kunal is most active on LNG regasification and renewables projects/ finance in the region and oil & gas related structured finance. 

He is one of the leaders in Denton's Global Energy and Infrastructure, Project Development and Finance, and Trade and Commodity Finance sector groups.

Kunal regularly advises supermajors, project developers, trading houses, sponsors and offtakers in the oil & gas and renewables space, with a specialised focus on oil & gas procurement and marketing, LNG bunkering, LNG regasification and renewables financing.

He has a market leading practice in commodities trading where he regularly acts for international trading houses on offtakes of commodities, and related structured and prepayment finance, particularly in the energy sector.
